    • Community profile information (display name, profile photo, bio, posts, comments, and other content you share within The Static Free Lounge)

We may also receive your Personal Information from third parties. In particular:

    • We may receive Personal Information from a third party connected to you or dealing with us, such as a business partner, sub-contractor, or service provider

We use the Provided Information that we collect generally to provide requested services and/or fulfill any orders placed through the Website, including processing your membership payment, granting and maintaining your access to The Static Free Lounge, delivering free resources, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations.     • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information relating to our coaching services or The Static Free Lounge.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Website, including by generating analytics about how visitors browse and interact with the Website.

How We Share Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information as described above. The types of third parties with whom we might share elements of your Personal Information include:

    • Circle, the platform that hosts The Static Free Lounge community

    • Stripe, our payment processor, to securely process membership and other payments

    • Kit, our email marketing and newsletter provider

    • Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook and Instagram), for business messaging, social media engagement, and, if we begin running paid advertising in the future, targeted advertising

    • Our website hosting provider (currently MakeJoy Studio, though we may change hosting providers from time to time)

    • Providers of security and fraud prevention tools and services

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

How We Store Your Data

We process and store your data using the following third-party providers:

    • Circle (community platform and data)

    • Kit (email and contact data)

    • Stripe (payment and billing data)

    • Our website hosting provider (currently MakeJoy Studio)

Please visit their individual websites for information on the physical location of their servers where your information is stored.

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of any information that may be stored on our servers or with our service providers. No computer network or data transmission on the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so you submit your information at your own risk.

We will maintain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

No Processing of Children’s Data

The Website is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not intend to process children’s data and will delete it if we become aware of it.

Email Marketing

If you make a purchase on this Website, download a free resource in exchange for your email address, submit our contact form, and/or opt in to receive emails, you agree to receive email communications from us, including but not limited to newsletters, site updates, promotions, product or service updates, and other announcements and correspondence. We are not responsible for the receipt of any such emails. You are responsible for ensuring that our email address(es) are not blocked or forwarded to your spam folder.

We do not currently run paid advertising, but we may do so in the future.
